Are you feeling relaxed?
Are you feeling present?
Is all your attention focused in the present moment?
I have something to share with you that will help with that.
Let’s set the intention to shift into a present state of mind to begin our Shift.
Shifting into presence is always at least a part of our intention during a Shift.
So let’s set that intention together now.
Silently say to yourself —
“In the next few minutes, I'm going to come into an even more present state of mind than I am right now.”

Bring all your attention into this moment now.

Feeling life.

Being life.
—
Feel that intention to be 100% present set inside your body.

Take another deep breath.
—
Relax your shoulders.
—
Come into the now.
—
The concept that I wanted to talk to you about overlaps with presence deeply.
The idea is that you need to be able to love deeply in order to feel love deeply.
Those two things are one and the same: love.
The real depth of that observation is that the depth of the love that you feel derives from the depth of the love that you give.
So if you're struggling in life, or feeling at a crossroads with someone or something, leaning into loving may be the most direct route to growing your feeling of love.
Feeling love is something we all want.
To feel connected in our lives.
To feel meaning.
Love is has deep implications of meaning embedded within it, doesn't it?

Let’s sit in silence with all that for a short while, being with the present moment, giving and feeling love for the life around us.

We don’t need to express love for anyone in particular.
We can just love life.
Express love for the life that you and I are both embedded in.

Relax your body further.

Now listen to life with 100% of your attention.
