Hope you’re having a great day.

Today is my birthday. I’m feeling grateful for another blessed journey around the sun.

I thought I’d share a simple Shift about what shifting has been guiding me toward lately.

Thank you for being a part of the Shift community!

Let's take a long deep breath.

Settle into this moment.

Right now — this moment — is the best part of your day.

It’s the best part of my day because it is the present moment.

It's right now.

And all of our experience happens right now.

All of that connection to life and joy that flows through you — that gratitude for being alive that you can connect to occurs all the time — you can experience it all most deeply when you're connected to the present moment.

So drop in with me by listening for a little while.

100% of your attention listening to life.

As you do that, notice how your body shifts.

Shift your state.

Shift your mind.

Just listen.

Feel.

Notice your body relax.

Allow your shoulders to relax, your neck to relax.

Another deep breath.

There's doing work.

And there is doing your work — being present, being fully here.

Are you doing one, or are you doing both?

Are you getting closer to every part of your day being the best part of your day?

Full presence.

Every time we practice, we encourage that in ourselves.

Let's listen to life together.

I'll step outside.

Let’s listen to waves for a minute or so.

Let all your thoughts go for a while.

Drop into the pool of presence.

Sit in a pool of silence with me for a little bit.

Always listening.
